2-Third breath
First, fill the lungs with about 1/3 of the air. Then seconds-. Hold your breath for seconds. After this, fill 2/3 breath. Then seconds-. Hold for a second and take a deep breath. Then hold it for a few seconds and slowly pull it out of the mouth.
3- 4-7-8 Exercises
Inhale for the first 4 seconds and hold for 7 seconds. Then slowly release it slowly in 8 seconds. Do this activity about 50-60 times at a time. You can do this 2-3 times a day.
4- Breathe
In this, breathe for seconds, then pause for seconds and then exit the mouth in seconds and then hold your breath for seconds. Do this 50-60 times.
