An event Saturday may have the perfect gift for your Valentine.
The Whidbey Island Small Business Association is sponsoring the Heart Healthy-Heart Happy Valentine’s Day event Jan. 30, to be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Heartbeat Safety Center, 715 NE Fidalgo Ave. in Oak Harbor.
There will be a small business vendor fair, CPR demonstrations throughout the day, healthy snack ideas and tastes and several raffles. Proceeds from the raffles will benefit Spin Café. Those interested can also donate gently used feed bags to help Spin Café’s fundraising effort.
