Navy volunteers rake up kudos in Oak Harbor

Navy volunteers got out ahead of the windy weather and helped beautify Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor recently.

Naval Aircrewman (Operator) 1st Class Devin Ellis, with Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10, turned out for a community event sponsored Oct. 29 by the First Class Petty Officers Association. While Ellis raked leaves this time, the group volunteers monthly all over Whidbey Island as part of the Association’s community outreach program.
